Job Title - Admission Executive (Fresher)

Location - Noida, Sector 63

Department - Admissions / Sales / Business Development


Job Summary

Knowledgewoods is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Admission Executives (Freshers) with excellent communication skills to join our growing admissions team. The role involves interacting with prospective learners, making outbound and inbound calls, understanding their training needs, following up on leads, and converting enquiries into enrollments, thereby contributing directly to revenue generation.


This position is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about sales, customer interaction, and career counseling in the education and professional certification domain.


Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound and inbound calls to prospective students and professionals.
  • Understand customer requirements and counsel them on suitable courses and certifications offered by Knowledgewoods.
  • Handle enquiries generated through digital platforms, website, campaigns, and referrals.
  • Perform regular follow-ups via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to close admissions.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM systems.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and enrolled learners.
  • Address basic queries related to courses, fees, schedules, and certification benefits.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (training, operations, marketing) for smooth onboarding of students.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professional communication at all times.


Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Freshers are welcome; relevant internship or sales exposure is an added advantage.


Knowledge

  • Basic understanding of sales, customer handling, or counseling concepts.
  • Awareness of professional training or certification programs (PMP®, Agile, IT, Finance, etc.) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel, and email communication is desirable.


Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
  • Active listening and objection-handling skills.
  • Result-oriented with a positive attitude towards targets and incentives.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Basic computer proficiency and comfort with calling tools and CRM systems.


Experience

  • 0–1 year of experience (Freshers can apply).
  • Prior experience in tele-calling, admissions, inside sales, or customer support is an advantage but not mandatory.
