Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with students via phone calls, emails, and live chat to understand their educational background, interests, and future aspirations.
Provide detailed information about available Undergraduate and Postgraduate programs, including eligibility, curriculum structure, academic progression, and career opportunities.
Recommend suitable learning programs based on students’ strengths, preferences, and long-term goals, ensuring they make well-informed decisions.
Assist students throughout the admission lifecycle—explaining requirements, clarifying doubts, verifying documents, and ensuring a smooth application-to-enrollment process.
Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective students, maintain consistent communication, and work toward achieving monthly enrollment and engagement targets.
Record all student interactions, inquiries, updates, and counseling notes accurately in the CRM system to ensure clear tracking and seamless coordination with the team.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
Experience: 0–2 years
Prior experience in counseling, academic advising, tele-counseling, or student support is preferred but not mandatory.
Fresh graduates with strong communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
