Trendz Institute of Fashion Technology (TIFT) provides alternative career options to students after 10th, 12th, or graduation by offering specialised courses in Fashion Design, Interior Design, Fashion Photography, Makeup Artistry, Cosmetology and more. TIFT was established by experienced professionals who transitioned to the education sector after building a well-known exhibitions and events company.

TIFT is looking for dynamic and result-oriented candidates to join our Kukatpally branch as Admission Counselor. The ideal candidate should be confident, sales-driven, and experienced in student counselling within the education, training, fashion, beauty or wellness industry.

This is a performance-oriented role requiring excellent communication, strong follow-up skills, and a proven track record in achieving admissions targets.

Lead Management and Conversions

• Make outbound calls to leads and handle

  online/offline inquiries

• Convert inquiries into

  walk-ins

  through consistent follow-ups
• Counsel prospective students on

  courses, fee structure, admission process

  , and career outcomes
• Convert walk-ins into

  confirmed admissions

  and collect fees as per process

Targets and Reporting

• Achieve

  monthly targets

  on admissions, batches, and fee collection
• Maintain accurate records of

  student inquiries, follow-ups, and enrollments

• Share daily

  walk-in trackers and admission trackers

  with the management

Day to Day Operations

• Support and manage

  day-to-day operational work

  at the branch
• Maintain student files, documents, and ensure compliance with admission procedures
• Use

  MS Office (especially Excel)

  for reporting and documentation
• Use

  social media tools

  , especially WhatsApp, for communication and follow-ups

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline

• 2–5 years of experience

  as a Counselor (education industry preferred)
• Strong communication in

  English, Hindi, and Telugu

• Practical experience in counselling & concept selling
• Strong convincing skills and ability to meet monthly targets
• Proficient in

  MS Office

  , especially Excel
• Experience with WhatsApp/social media for communication is an added advantage

Rs.3.00LPA to Rs.4.00LPA
