Position: Sales Executive – NEET Admissions Key Responsibilities

• Convert leads into admissions by explaining NEET coaching programs clearly and professionally.
• Handle walk-ins, phone inquiries, and counselling sessions with parents & students.
• Achieve monthly admission closure targets with strong follow-up skills.
• Maintain relationships with schools, educational partners, and referral networks.
• Present academy features, course fees, results, and benefits confidently.
• Track, update, and report daily enquiries and admissions progress.
• Participate in marketing events, seminars, and student counselling drives.
• Ensure a smooth admission process and maintain excellent customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 1–3 years experience in NEET/JEE/educational sales or student counselling.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Proven track record in achieving admissions targets.
• Ability to build trust with parents and students.
• Good knowledge of NEET coaching patterns & education sector trends.
• Ability to work under target-based environment with discipline and professionalism.
