Admission Counselor

• Student Guidance: Providing guidance and support to students regarding their academic goals, career aspirations, and personal development.
• Course Counseling: Assisting students in selecting appropriate courses, understanding curriculum requirements, and planning their academic journey.
• Academic Support: Offering academic assistance and resources to students who are facing challenges in understanding concepts or completing assignments.
• Progress Monitoring: Monitoring the academic progress of students and providing feedback to help them improve their performance.
• Conflict Resolution: Addressing any conflicts or concerns that arise between students or between students and faculty members in a fair and timely manner.
• Career Counseling: Offering guidance on career options, job opportunities, higher education prospects, and skill development to help students make informed decisions about their future.
• Resource Management: Managing academic resources such as textbooks, study materials, and educational technologies to support student learning.
• Collaboration: Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and other staff members to create a supportive and conducive learning environment for students.
• Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of student interactions, academic progress, and counseling sessions to ensure accountability and continuity of support.
• Professional Development: Engaging in continuous professional development activities to stay updated with the latest educational trends, counseling techniques, and subject matter expertise.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,863.34 - ₹36,026.94 per month
