Position Summary:

Are you a fresher with strong communication skills and an interest in inside sales? Join our team as an Admission counselor, where you’ll play a vital role in guiding students through the admission process and helping them choose the right academic path. If you're enthusiastic, people-oriented, and eager to build a career in sales and education, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for prospective students, answering inquiries about courses, admission steps, and academic planning
• Share detailed information about course structures, schedules, fee plans, and faculty profiles
• Conduct personalized counseling sessions to understand students' goals and suggest suitable programs
• Follow up with leads and walk-ins to support conversion into confirmed admissions
• Keep accurate records of all interactions and admissions progress using CRM tools
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for students
• Participate in orientation sessions, webinars, and student engagement initiatives
• Provide basic guidance and motivation to students during the enrollment journey
