Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and goal-oriented Admission Counselor to guide UPSC aspirants through their academic journey. The ideal candidate should be empathetic, approachable, and passionate about supporting students through the demands of competitive exam preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main contact for student inquiries, academic concerns, and counseling needs
• Provide accurate information about programs, schedules, faculty, and institutional policies
• Deliver personalized support to help students stay motivated and focused
• Follow up regularly with prospective and enrolled students to ensure ongoing engagement
• Coordinate with faculty and staff to address student needs and share relevant feedback
• Maintain detailed documentation of counseling sessions, student progress, and action items
• Handle walk-in queries and assist in admission procedures to facilitate smooth enrollment
• Organize motivational sessions and periodic check-ins to promote student retention

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred fields: Psychology, Education, or related areas)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language
• Empathetic and approachable with excellent interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with MS Office (especially Excel), email tools, and CRM platforms
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay calm under pressure, and prioritize student needs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
