Admission Counselor

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Admission Counselor to join our team and guide prospective students through the enrollment journey for our language courses. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong customer-centric approach, and the ability to clearly explain course offerings to students and parents. Both freshers and experienced professionals are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students and parents about available language courses and help them select the right program based on their goals.
• Conduct outbound and inbound calls to generate leads, follow up, and convert inquiries into admissions.
• Maintain a deep understanding of course structures, pricing, schedules, and learning outcomes.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets through effective sales and conversion strategies.
• Assist walk-in students, resolve queries, and provide accurate information regarding admissions.
• Maintain student data, track progress of applications, and update CRM systems regularly.
• Participate in events, webinars, and promotional activities to increase course visibility.
• Ensure a positive and smooth admission experience from counseling to enrollment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency preferred; additional languages are a bonus).
• Ability to understand student needs and guide them effectively.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and sales abilities.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or lead management tools.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply; prior experience in counseling, sales, or education will be an advantage.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for helping students succeed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
