Job Description

Admission / Education Counselors (Inside Sales)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with incoming leads via

    phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails

    to provide counseling for various courses.
  • Understand student needs and provide detailed information about programs.
  • Build rapport and establish trust with prospective students and parents.
  • Apply a

    consultative sales approach

    to guide students through the admissions process.
  • Convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
  • Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and follow-ups in CRM.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and academic team for smooth onboarding of students.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets.

Required Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in

    EdTech sales, inside sales, counseling, or telesales

    preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and high energy.
  • Good understanding of the education or career guidance sector is a plus.
  • Should be comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
