Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth Define and execute the national sales strategy for CPaaS and WhatsApp solutions. Partnership & Alliances Manage key relationships with platforms (e.g., Meta for WhatsApp API) and telecom aggregators. Explore and build partner/channel sales network for deeper market coverage. Required Qualifications & Experience: 15–18 years of enterprise sales experience in SaaS, CPaaS, telecom, or martech domains. Proven track record in managing national sales teams and P&L responsibility. Deep knowledge of CPaaS platforms (SMS, Voice, WhatsApp, Email, RCS) and related use cases. Strong C-suite engagement capability and consultative selling background. Experience in selling to verticals like BFSI, Retail, GovTech, or Healthcare is preferred. Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills. Preferred Attributes: Strong network in enterprise and government ecosystems.
