Job Description

Job Title: Admission Incharge Work Type: Work from Office Location: Besttech Business Towers, Mohali Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive Admission Incharge to lead our admissions process. The role involves converting successful demo sessions into confirmed admissions, generating new demos through calling and outreach activities, and driving the team’s overall productivity to meet enrollment targets. Key Responsibilities: Convert demo sessions into confirmed admissions through effective follow-up and counseling. Generate new demos via outbound calls, email outreach, and other lead-generation methods. Monitor and drive team performance to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission goals. Maintain accurate records of leads, demos, and conversions. Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to streamline the admission process. Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in sales, counseling, or admission management (preferred). Goal-oriented mindset with leadership capabilities. Strong organizational and reporting skills.
