Job Title: Admission Counselor & Admin Executive Job Location: [Location Ulwe, Navi Mumbai] Salary Range: 20,000 - 22,000 per month (Fixed + Performance-based Bonus) Working Hours: 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM or 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM / flexible working hours based on the foundations schedule Job Type: Full-time About Veena Venu Art Foundation: Veena Venu Art Foundation is a renowned institution focused on preserving and promoting the art of Indian classical music, with a legacy of excellence in teaching and performance. We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and results-driven Admission Counselor to join our team. The right candidate will be responsible for managing admissions, handling inquiries, and performing administrative duties, all while contributing to the growth and development of the institution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation & Marketing Identify and implement effective strategies for lead generation through online and offline platforms. Develop and manage marketing campaigns to attract prospective students. Promote the foundations programs via social media, digital marketing, and partnerships with local communities, schools, and other organizations. Effectively generate leads and promote programs through organic methods. 2. Admission Process Management Handle the complete admission process from lead generation to enrollment, ensuring smooth onboarding of new students. Maintain and update student records,reports, track admissions, and ensure accurate documentation for new and old enrollments. Achieve monthly admission targets. 3. Counseling & Enquiry Handling Provide clear and accurate information to potential students and their parents regarding courses, fees, and the system of learning music and arts at Veena Venu Art Foundation. Handle all inquiries through phone calls, emails, or walk-ins, ensuring a positive and informative interaction. 4. Follow-Up & Relationship Management Conduct follow-ups with leads and prospects to ensure they proceed with the admission process. Build strong relationships with students and parents to enhance student retention and ensure continued engagement. 5. Record Keeping & Administration Maintain student records, including details of admissions, payments, and progress reports and more. Perform general administrative tasks, such as updating documents, scheduling meetings, and coordinating with other departments. 6. Event Preparation & Support Assist in organizing events, workshops, performances, and other promotional activities. Support in the preparation and execution of internal and external events. 7 .Daily Calling, Enquiry Generation & Follow-up Make daily calls to generate new enquiries, explain program details, answer queries, and guide potential students through the admission process. Follow-up regularly with leads to nurture relationships and convert them into confirmed admissions. Skills & Qualifications: Minimum Education: Graduate (Bachelors Degree) Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in admissions counseling , sales , or customer service (preferably in educational institutions or related fields like music schools, coaching institutes, etc.). Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Knowledge of other languages is a plus. Marketing & Lead Generation: Experience in lead generation, digital marketing, and social media promotion. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize work. Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email management, and basic CRM software. Key Attributes: Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, take ownership of tasks, and meet deadlines. Target-Oriented: Strong focus on achieving targets, particularly in student admissions and marketing efforts. Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to handle difficult situations, resolve conflicts, and troubleshoot issues related to admissions and student management. Team Player: Willing to collaborate with other departments, such as faculty and administration, to meet organizational goals.
