Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for tele-counselling and counselling walk-in students, shortlisting USA, UK, Ireland universities/colleges based on their profile, and converting them into applicants. Additionally, you will coordinate with universities/backend application team for the admission process, maintain records of existing and prospective clients in CRM, and maintain cordial relations with students by addressing their doubts and queries. Your role will also involve explaining the advantages of universities, guiding students on future career options, participating in university events, scheduling student appointments for university visits, and reporting to senior managers on campaign effectiveness. Furthermore, you will support the execution of destination-wise activity calendars to achieve pipeline leads and conversion targets, meet set deadlines, and collaborate effectively with the office team to build team spirit. Identifying key marketing opportunities will also be part of your responsibilities.
