· Counsel prospective students on courses, eligibility, admission procedures, and career opportunities.
· Handle inbound & outbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
· Provide detailed and accurate information about programs and offerings.
· Follow up with interested candidates to encourage timely application and enrollment.
· Coordinate with internal teams for admission process documentation, interview schedules, and enrollment formalities.
· Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions using CRM or other tools.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
· Attend education fairs, webinars, and institutional visits if required.
· Bachelor's degree (preferred in education, business, or communication).
· 1–3 years of experience in Counselling, sales, or customer service (education sector preferred).
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
· Knowledge of educational systems and admission trends is a plus.
· Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
