Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead Management & Conversion:

Manage and convert leads for our prestigious certification programs in collaboration

with IIT.

Counseling:

Provide detailed and insightful guidance to prospective learners via phone, email, chat,

and social media.

Sales Funnel Management:

Oversee the entire sales funneltrack inquiries, resolve student queries, follow up

diligently, and manage enrollments and registrations.

High Conversion Rate:

Achieve high conversion rates from all lead sources (telephonic, forwarded, and

referrals) to meet performance targets.

Event Coordination:

Engage with potential clients by attending events, seminars, and organizing webinars

and information sessions.

Client Information:

Gather and update accurate client information through calls and video sessions and ensure timely updates on the CRM portal.
Operational Monitoring:
Monitor and ensure the creation of schedules and other operational tasks as per the

Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant work experience.
