Admission Counsellor

You will be responsible for effectively counseling prospective students to increase enrollment in the institute's programs through sales and marketing processes. This includes providing career counseling to ensure successful sales, conducting tele-counseling, and following up on leads generated from structured campaigns. Additionally, you will need to attend calls promptly, respond pleasantly, and provide comprehensive information and support to students, parents, and channel partners. In terms of customer relationship management and data management, you will be required to create a customer service-oriented culture that prioritizes the needs of customers. Continuous interaction with students will be essential to address their concerns and enhance service levels. Leading by example, you are expected to deliver excellent customer service to boost client satisfaction and program growth while effectively utilizing CRM and ERP systems. As part of your learning and development, you should embrace the training philosophies and WIN-WIN-WIN policy of the organization, continuously improve your skills and knowledge through regular training programs, and adhere to all disciplinary procedures, guiding principles, and core values of the Institute.
