Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and on boarding new hires. Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases accurately. Coordinate employee orientation, training, and development programs. Handle payroll processing and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.). Address employee queries and concerns related to HR policies and procedures. Conduct employee engagement activities to promote a positive workplace culture. Assist in performance management processes and appraisal cycles. Provide administrative support in day-to-day HR operations. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred). 1–3 years of proven experience in HR or related roles. Knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and statutory compliances. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office and HRMS software.
