Role Description

remote (Delhi NCR–based)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline); B.Ed. is a plus but not mandatory
• 2-4 years of experience in admissions counselling / Ed-tech / telesales (school admissions preferred)
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills; fluent in English & Hindi
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound/inbound calling and structured follow-ups
• Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel / CRM and WhatsApp/email communication
• Strong organisation, attention to detail, and a service-oriented approach
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Delhi NCR for events and meetings (transportation will be provided)
