Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (any discipline);B.Ed. is a plus but not mandatory
• 2-4 yearsof experience in admissions counselling / Ed-tech / telesales (school admissions preferred)
• Excellentcommunication and persuasionskills; fluent inEnglish & Hindi
• Comfortable withhigh-volume outbound/inbound callingand structured follow-ups
• Proficiency inGoogle Sheets / Excel / CRMand WhatsApp/email communication
• Strong organisation, attention to detail, and a service-oriented approach
• Willingness to traveloccasionally within Delhi NCRfor events and meetings (transportation will be provided)
