Job Description

Handle inquiries from prospective parents via phone, email, and in person.
Conduct campus tours and provide clear information about the school’s curriculum, facilities, policies, and admission procedures.
Coordinate admission assessments, interviews, and follow-up communication.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and conversions.
Support admission campaigns, outreach activities, and events.
Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth admission experience.
Prepare periodic reports on admission trends and conversion rates.
Ensure professional, timely, and courteous communication at all stages.
