We are seeking a dynamic and student-focused Education Counsellor who will play a key role in guiding students, managing admissions, and ensuring an excellent learning journey at our academy.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students and parents about digital marketing courses, career opportunities, and enrollment process.
• Handle walk-ins, leads from calls, social media, and inquiries from different platforms.
• Conduct counselling sessions (online & offline) to convert leads into admissions.
• Assist students in understanding course modules, career paths, and certification benefits.
• Maintain proper follow-ups with students/parents to achieve admission targets.
• Coordinate with trainers and the management team to ensure a smooth admission and onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, admissions, and feedback in CRM/Excel.
• Act as the first point of contact for student queries and support them throughout their journey.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Marketing, Business, or related fields).
• 1–3 years of experience in counselling, admissions, or educational sales.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
• Strong persuasion, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work with admission targets and deadlines.
• Passionate about education, student development, and career growth.
