Role Overview

As an Admission & IELTS/PTE Counsellor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding students through their study abroad journey while also promoting our IELTS/PTE coaching programs. From the first point of contact to final admission, you will be responsible for counselling, conversions, and smooth application processes, while aligning with the social media & marketing team to ensure consistent student engagement and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities Counselling & Student Guidance

• Provide accurate information to prospective students about international courses, universities, and admission requirements.
• Guide students about IELTS & PTE exam preparation and enrol them in coaching programs.
• Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to assess students’ aspirations and recommend suitable programs/universities.

Admissions & Process Handling

• Assist students with applications, document verification, SOPs, LORs, and visa guidance.
• Ensure timely submission of applications and track admission status with universities.
• Maintain systematic records of student data, leads, and progress reports.

Marketing & Social Media Alignment

• Work closely with the social media/marketing team to ensure regular updates about admissions, results, and IELTS/PTE batches.
• Share student success stories, admissions updates, and coaching promotions for marketing campaigns.
• Actively participate in lead conversion from online inquiries, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other campaigns.

Events & Outreach

• Represent Overseas Admit at seminars, school/college fairs, and promotional events.
• Support webinars/workshops for IELTS, PTE, and study abroad awareness.
• Assist in community outreach programs to generate admissions.

Communication & Follow-ups

• Maintain proactive communication with students via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Handle telecalling & follow-ups for leads to ensure maximum conversions.
• Build long-term relationships with students and parents.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1+ year experience in sales, education counselling, aviation/cabin crew, or customer engagement.
• Excellent English communication (spoken & written) skills.
• Strong interpersonal & convincing ability with a student-first approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment and handle multiple student cases.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
