Student Consultation: - Act as a mentor and guide for potential learners, offering career advice and insights into how we can accelerate their professional journey. - Educate them about our EdTech solutions and personalized career pathways, emphasizing their alignment with industry demands. 2. Sales and Enrollment: - Convert enquiries into enrollments by effectively communicating the value of our tailored career pathways and offerings. - Utilize persuasive communication skills to address objections and ensure a seamless enrollment experience. - Maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system. (Prior experience will be an added advantage) - Meet weekly and month enrollment targets to contribute to the overall success of the organization. 3. Market Awareness and Feedback: - Stay informed about industry trends, job market demands, and educational innovations. - Provide insights and suggestions for product improvement based on customer interactions. Requirements: - Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, admissions counseling or educational consulting, preferably within EdTech or related industries. - Bachelors degree (Preferably in Tech). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and goals - Ability to understand and articulate career pathways in the Tech Industry. - Passion for education and career development.
