Role Overview

Education Sales Counselors

Skills & Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor's degree.
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain complex programs clearly.
Sales Mindset:
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Empathy:
A patient, student-centric approach with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with MS Office.
Language:
Fluency in English and Hindi.
Experience:
Minimum 6 months in Outbound Tele Sales.

Salary:
36k - 46k CTC || 32k - 42k In-Hand (Based on Interview and Experience)
Schedule:
6 Days Working and Sunday Off.
Location:
MG Road
Age Limit:
Less than 32.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management:
Handle inbound inquiries (via calls, emails, and web leads) and conduct outbound reach-outs to prospective students.
Consultative Counseling:
Conduct one-on-one sessions to assess student profiles, career goals, and academic needs to recommend the right courses.
Sales Conversion:
Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets by effectively demonstrating the value of our programs.
Relationship Building:
Act as a trusted advisor, maintaining consistent follow-ups to nurture leads through the decision-making process.
CRM Maintenance:
Accurately update student interactions and sales stages in the CRM.
Market Insight:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and educational standards to provide expert advice.
