About the Role: Snap Infinity Solutions is seeking a highly organized and creative Administrative & Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This multifaceted role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment while also being in touch with digital trends. The ideal candidate will support internal operations and contribute to our brand presence across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: • Create professional creative proposals and internal documentation • Maintain proper file structure and organization in Google Drive • Update monthly calendars and assist in tracking deadlines and deliverables • Take detailed meeting minutes and ensure actionable follow-ups • Initiate and coordinate internal and external meetings as required • Assist in invoice creation, emailing, and report generation • Coordinate tasks and communications between department heads Social Media Management: • Post content on social media platforms based on the monthly content calendar • Track and implement current social media trends and best practices • Assist the creative and content teams in executing social media strategies • Support basic design requests and ensure quality content is shared Communication & Coordination: • Act as a point of contact for clients when required • Follow up on internal and client-related tasks for timely execution • Ensure effective communication flow between departments Requirements: • Proven experience in administrative support or coordination roles • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) • Basic knowledge of design and office tools (Google Workspace, Canva, Excel, etc.) • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to multi-task and work independently • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining structured documentation Bonus Skills • Experience in content scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite) • Prior experience in a digital marketing or creative agency • Basic knowledge of invoicing and report tools Package - Monthly 20000 ₹ To Apply: Send your CV and a brief note on why you’re a good fit for this role to ashfaque@snapinfinity.com Subject: Application for Administrative & Social Media Coordinator Show more Show less
