About The Role

We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Office Assistant / Process Coordinator to support our CEO in managing fast-paced schedules, strategic initiatives, and daily operations. As the right hand to the founder, you'll play a pivotal role in aligning business priorities, ensuring efficiency, and enabling faster decision-making across verticals.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic startup environment, has a knack for multi-tasking, and brings a strong sense of ownership with confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, travel bookings, and day-to-day coordination.
  • Act as a bridge for smooth communication between internal teams, external stakeholders, and the CEO.
  • Track, follow up, and prioritize strategic tasks, emails, meetings, and business initiatives.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, briefing documents, and communication drafts.
  • Support in HR activities - onboarding, offboarding, maintaining records of employees
  • Maintain a high level of discretion in handling confidential matters and sensitive information.
  • Coordinate with city teams, coaches, partners, vendors, and agencies for timely execution.
  • Support in managing retail initiatives, event follow-ups, and club-level insights.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Ownership mindset – entrepreneurial, self-driven, and adaptable to startup culture.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite (Spreadsheets, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven experience in handling confidential and sensitive tasks
  • 1-4 years of experience in a similar executive support or operations role
