Job Description:
We are looking for a smart, well-organized Sales Coordinator to support our operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, good in mathematics, and comfortable working remotely with flexible hours. Prior experience is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in preparing quotations and commercial offers.
• Support procurement activities, including communication with suppliers and obtaining pricing.
• Prepare billing orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, quotations, and correspondence.
• Provide administrative support for ongoing maritime projects.

Requirements:

• Strong skills in mathematics, communication, and English writing/speaking.
• Experience in the maritime industry is an added advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office and online communication tools.
• Ability to work independently from home with high responsibility and commitment.
• Flexible with working hours to support global maritime operations.
