Job Description: We are looking for a smart, well-organized Sales Coordinator to support our operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, good in mathematics, and comfortable working remotely with flexible hours. Prior experience is a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities: Assist the sales team in preparing quotations and commercial offers. Support procurement activities, including communication with suppliers and obtaining pricing. Prepare billing orders, delivery notes, and invoices . Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations. Maintain accurate records of orders, quotations, and correspondence. Provide administrative support for ongoing maritime projects. Requirements: Strong skills in mathematics , communication , and English writing/speaking . Experience in the maritime industry is an added advantage. Proficient in MS Office and online communication tools. Ability to work independently from home with high responsibility and commitment.
