Job Description

An Administrator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and administrative functions of an organization. They ensure smooth business processes, manage budgets, supervise staff, coordinate activities, and support strategic initiatives to meet organizational goals. Strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and effective communication are essential for the role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate administrative functions to ensure efficient daily operations.
  • Oversee budgeting, financial monitoring, and expense tracking in collaboration with finance teams.
  • Supervise office activities including vendor relations, facility management, and procurement.
  • Plan and organize meetings, events, and conferences including scheduling and logistics.
  • Maintain and update company policies, procedures, and organizational charts.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Coordinate communication between departments and external stakeholders.
  • Support strategic planning and implementation of company policies.
  • Supervise and guide administrative staff, providing training and performance evaluations.

Education Requirements

  • Completed schooling from CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) or ICSE (Indian Certificate of Secondary Education) board.
  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from a recognized university is mandatory.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other business software applications.
  • Leadership capabilities with experience in team management and conflict resolution.
  • Analytical skills to interpret financial data and generate reports.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Knowledge of budget management and financial principles.
  • Familiarity with HR and compliance regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business administration, office management, or similar roles is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹228,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
