Administrative Officer

Matrika Design Collaborative is a dynamic multidisciplinary design firm based in Mumbai, specializing in architecture, exhibition design, and interior design projects across India. We take pride in our work within the cultural and heritage sectors, where we craft unique and immersive experiences for our clients. Our administration officer is now retiring after working with us for 15 years and we are looking to have an individual take over his responsibilities. The administrative job will involve the following: Invoice Management for various projects. GST and TDS filing with CA assistance. Logging of Purchase and Sales with CA assistance. Salary Management and Disbursal. Filing of expenses for travel, lodging and boarding on projects on various projects. Office management (Supplies and Needs) HR documentation. Creating schedules, reports and budgetary charts for projects based on guidance. Recording of Meetings The candidate should have the following skills: Reading and Writing proficiency of Hindi and English. Reading and Writing proficiency of Marathi would be given additional preference. Proficiency in working with MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Problem Solving attitude. Punctuality and high level of integrity Ability to work in teams.
