Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate travel arrangements for global leaders, including flight bookings.
  • Manage employee engagement activities and related logistics.
  • Set up calendar invites and maintain schedules.
  • Handle invoicing and payment coordination with vendors.
  • Maintain and track IT assets and office inventory (stationery, ID cards, etc.).
  • Escort female employees to cabs when required.
  • Support overall office administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Liaise with internal teams and vendors in Hindi, English, and Kannada.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills in English (primary), Hindi, and Kannada.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Prior experience in office administration, travel coordination, or employee engagement is a plus.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented approach to administrative tasks.
