SJSM's campus is located in St Vincent (Caribbean) and the Head office is in Chicago, USA. This position is a full time position in the SJSM India Office in Kolkata, India.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Coordinator located in Kolkata, India. The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating between campus, head office and India Office, the handling customer service tasks, data entry, and performing analytical tasks as required. Daily tasks include coordinating meetings, maintaining accurate records, and assisting in various administrative projects to ensure smooth coordination of operations between all offices.

Qualifications

• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Must have experience with various CRMs and other platforms
• Analytical Skills for administrative and financial tasks
• Administrative Assistance experience
• Computer skills such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in any field is a requirement
• Advanced degree or certification is preferred.

Salary

23000 per month, negotiable
