Job Title: Administrative Executive Location: Parrys Mannadi Company: Indian Tubes and Fittings Department: Office Administration Reporting To: Director About the Company:Indian Tubes and Fittings is a growing and reputed provider of industrial piping, metal fittings, and tubing solutions for infrastructure, commercial, and industrial projects. We are looking for a dedicated and organized Admin Executive to ensure smooth operations within our office and support billing and administrative processes. Key Responsibilities:Billing & Documentation: Generate and manage GST-compliant invoices Coordinate with the accounts team for timely payments and receipts Maintain records of purchase orders, delivery challans, and dispatch entries Administrative Support: Oversee day-to-day office activities Manage files, maintain data, and handle correspondence (email, courier, etc.) Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of client and vendor information Vendor & Client Coordination: Follow up with vendors and suppliers for quotes and delivery timelines Assist clients with queries related to orders, invoices, and dispatch Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed Office Management: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace Coordinate with housekeeping and support staff Ensure smooth functioning of utilities, systems, and basic infrastructure Requirements:Experience: 0–3 years in admin, billing, or office coordination roles Education: Graduate (Any stream), knowledge of Tally or billing software preferred Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) Good written and verbal communication in English and Hindi Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently Knowledge of basic accounting is a plus Working Hours:Monday to Saturday – 10:00 AM to 7.00 PM (Sunday fixed off) Salary:As per industry standards (based on experience and skills)
