Job Description

Must have skills- MS Word, MS Excel Prepare, review, and compile tender documents including technical proposals, financial bids, BOQs, and supporting certificates. Draft and issue official letters, notices, and correspondences to clients, consultants, and government departments. Maintain a comprehensive filing and documentation system (both hard and soft copies) for tenders, drawings, and approvals. Coordinate with various departments (technical, procurement, accounts, site teams) to collect and verify data for tender preparation. Review tender notices and eligibility criteria, ensuring all required documents are complete and compliant before submission. Track tender announcements, submission deadlines, and clarification queries through government and private portals. Assist in preparing pre-bid queries, negotiation letters, and justification letters as required. Maintain an updated database of submitted tenders, awarded projects, and documentation records. Support the management team in preparing progress reports, project summaries, and documentation for audits.
