About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, dependable, and able to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and filing.
  • Prepare and manage documents, reports, and records.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Support HR and accounting teams with data entry, record keeping, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain office supplies, handle incoming calls, and assist visitors.
  • Manage email communications and ensure timely responses.
  • Assist with organizing events, staff activities, and internal communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Coordinator.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professional.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
