Location: Hauz Khas(South Delhi) Why Join Us 6 Day working (Mon-Sat) Salary: Rs 25,000(In hand) Timings: 10am-6pm Low workload Free Spanish courses Non-Toxic work culture Roles and Responsibilities Provide emotional support and guidance to students facing personal or academic challenges. Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to address student concerns and help them develop coping strategies. Organize and facilitate group counselling sessions or workshops on topics such as stress management, time management, and study skills. Assist students in setting academic and personal goals and help them create action plans to achieve those goals. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to identify students who may need counselling services. Maintain confidentiality and ensure that students' privacy is protected during counselling sessions. Stay updated on relevant counselling techniques and best practices through professional development and training. Help students explore career options and provide guidance on college or vocational choices. Intervene in crisis situations or emergencies involving students and provide appropriate support and referrals. Keep accurate records of counselling sessions and student progress. Promote a positive and inclusive school environment by addressing issues related to bullying, discrimination, or harassment. Advocate for students' well-being and ensure their needs are met within the school system. Collaborate with external agencies and resources, such as mental health professionals, when necessary to support students' mental health and well-being.
