MyFroyoland is seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Administrator who will be responsible for coordinating with store teams, accounts, and vendors while managing day-to-day administrative tasks. The role requires strong Excel skills, efficient communication, and the ability to multitask across reporting, coordination, and office administration.
* Coordinate with store teams to collect and verify Daily Sales Reports (DSR), consumption reports, and other operational updates.
* Work closely with the accounts department to consolidate and share reports.
* Follow up with departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
* Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports in MS Excel.
* Ensure accuracy in data entry, formatting, and reporting.
* Use Excel functions ( Tables, formulas, filters) to manage operational and financial data.
Purchase & Administrative Support
* Follow up with vendors regarding orders, supplies, and service requirements.
* Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as emailing, documentation, and follow-ups.
* Maintain records and files for easy retrieval and compliance.
* Support overall office administration including correspondence, scheduling, and task coordination.
* Assist in expense tracking, petty cash management, and basic accounting support in coordination with the accounts team.
* Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of administrative activities.
Franchisee Coordination
* Ensure timely communication with Franchisee partners for their monthly requirements and coordinate shipping
* Maintain follow-up communication for queries and assign tasks to various teams such as marketing, operations & finance.
* Bachelor's degree (Commerce background preferred).
* 1-3 years of relevant experience in administration, coordination, or accounts support roles.
* Proficiency in MS Excel (mandatory).
* Basic accounting knowledge preferred.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple responsibilities under deadlines.
