Graphic Designer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and imaginative Graphic Designer to join our team at MyFroyoland. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to creatively shape and visually communicate the brand’s joyful and magical identity, making it captivating and irresistible to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop visually compelling 2D and 3D graphics and layouts that effectively reflect and promote the MyFroyoland brand.
• Utilize industry-standard design software to produce precise and innovative digital assets.
• Determine the appropriate size, arrangement, and style of text and illustrations to ensure clear visual hierarchy.
• Prepare initial drafts based on detailed project briefs and guidelines.
• Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams, incorporating feedback constructively and articulating design decisions clearly.
• Review final layouts and suggest enhancements for continuous design improvement.
• Stay informed about current design trends to maintain a competitive edge and fresh creative approach.
• Contribute to marketing strategies by brainstorming and problem-solving design-related challenges with the team.
• Maintain an organized digital asset library for efficient and easy access to design files and resources.
• Assist the marketing team in various design-related tasks, including photo editing, video editing, and image retouching.
• Uphold professionalism, creativity, and strong attention to detail across all projects and design deliverables.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro), Canva, and other design tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles, composition, color theory, and typography.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage multiple deadlines, and prioritize effectively.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong aesthetic sense.
• Proficient in animation, video editing, and use of AI design software/tools.
• Time management skills to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred).

A strong portfolio that demonstrates creative design work and imaginative concepts.

Proficiency in industry-standard design software and digital tools.

Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in Graphic Design (preferred).

Experience in CSS, total work experience, and design field – 1 year (Required).

Additional Requirements:

Candidates must be based in Pune and available for in-person work
