Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to address student concerns and help them develop coping strategies. Organize and facilitate group counselling sessions or workshops on topics such as stress management, time management, and study skills. Assist students in setting academic and personal goals and help them create action plans to achieve those goals. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to identify students who may need counselling services. Maintain confidentiality and ensure that students' privacy is protected during counselling sessions. Stay updated on relevant counselling techniques and best practices through professional development and training. Help students explore career options and provide guidance on college or vocational choices.
