The Role

Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound client calls with professionalism
  • Assist clients with visa and form-filling processes
  • Follow up on leads and support the conversion process
  • Organize and maintain both digital and hard copy files
  • Coordinate client meetings and consultations
  • Manage email and written communications

What We’re Looking For

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
  • Previous administrative or client-facing experience is a plus
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati preferred
