Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, polished, and resourceful female Administrative Assistant to provide top-level support to the CEO and senior management team. This role requires professionalism, discretion, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment similar to the precision and detail found in luxury corporate cultures.

  • Provide direct administrative support to the CEO and senior executives, including managing schedules, meetings, travel, and communications.
  • Handle correspondence, draft reports, presentations, and confidential documents with accuracy.
  • Coordinate and oversee day-to-day staff and management requirements, ensuring smooth operations and deadlines are met.
  • Act as the first point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders while maintaining professionalism.
  • Organize executive meetings, board meetings, and prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.
  • Maintain discretion in handling sensitive corporate information.
  • Work proactively to anticipate the needs of the CEO and management team.
  • Support the CEO in decision-making by providing well-researched data and summaries.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a corporate or luxury-brand environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
