Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Ahmedabad. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing a wide range of administrative tasks, including managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing executive administrative assistance. The role involves clerical duties such as data entry, maintaining records, and other office support tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

• Skills in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Communication
• Strong Clerical Skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in an industrial or corporate setting is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
