Location: Gurgaon (Udyog Vihar Phase 5)Company: House of Beauty IndiaOverview:We are looking for a reliable and organized Admin Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, efficient, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Office Coordination:Manage day-to-day administrative activities, maintain office supplies, and ensure smooth office functioning.Documentation & Filing:Handle physical and digital records, maintain employee documents, vendor files, and other administrative paperwork.Communication Management:Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp. Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments.Attendance & Reporting:Maintain attendance records, update trackers, and share daily/weekly reports as required.Travel & Logistics:Assist in booking travel, arranging courier services, and managing shipment documentation.Vendor Coordination:Track service providers (housekeeping, maintenance, courier partners, etc.) and ensure timely resolution of issues.Skills & Requirements:Minimum 1–3 years of administrative experience.Strong communication and coordination skills.Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.Professional, responsible, and proactive attitude.
