Job Title: Customer Support Representative Location: South Kerala Number of Vacancies: 1 Role Description The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for acquiring and retaining customers by closely coordinating with the parts and service departments. This role focuses on customer coverage, retention, development, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction within an assigned sales territory. Key Responsibilities: · Develop the assigned territory to its maximum potential for both the customer and the company · Promote and maintain long-term customer relationships, particularly in product support · Ensure effective coverage of designated customers as per company guidelines · Build and manage a customer profile database. · Maintain all required reports related to the territory · Prepare sales forecasts and business plans for each assigned customer Qualifications & Skills : Diploma or Graduate in any discipline Freshers / Experience in customer support or aftersales operations is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team On-field work; candidates must be willing to travel extensively.
