Role Description

Conceptualize and design engaging creatives for digital platforms including social media, website, e-commerce listings, and marketing campaigns.Develop visually compelling layouts for product packaging, advertisements, and print collaterals.Use AI-based tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway ML, ChatGPT, Firefly, Leonardo AI, Pika Labs) to create or enhance visuals, product mockups, and video content.Edit and enhance product and campaign videos using Premiere Pro, CapCut, Runway ML, or Descript.Design graphics using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW as per brand guidelines.Work closely with the marketing team to develop design concepts that drive engagement and sales.Stay updated on the latest design trends, AI innovations, and beauty industry aesthetics.Required Skills Design Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva Pro, FigmaVideo Editing Tools: Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Runway ML, Pika Labs, DescriptAI Tools (Preferred): Midjourney, Leonardo AI, Firefly, ChatGPT (for captions & ideas), D-ID, Kaiber, or similarStrong understanding of color theory, typography, composition, and brandingBasic knowledge of animation, motion graphics, or short-form video creation is a plusAbility to handle multiple projects under tight deadlinesQualifications:Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field2–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in beauty, lifestyle, or e-commerce brandsPortfolio showcasing creative design, social media campaigns, and video work
