We’re on the lookout for a sharp, proactive, and incredibly organized Personal Assistant to support our Founder , as the company charges across productions, pitches, campaigns, shoots, and cross-continental travel schedules.

As the right hand to our Directors, you’ll help streamline their lives, anticipate needs, manage diaries, and keep the show running smoothly.

🗂️ What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel for two dynamic leaders
• Ensure seamless day-to-day operations (from shoot schedules to client calls)
• Manage communication across internal and external stakeholders
• Step in, step up, and problem-solve—often before the problem arises
• Bring order, calm, and clarity to a whirlwind of activity

🧠 What You Bring:

• Prior experience as an EA/PA in a fast-paced environment
• Impeccable organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and follow-through
• Discretion, reliability, and calm under pressure
• A love for systems, structure, and getting things done right

🎓 A degree in Business Admin, Communications or related field is preferred.
