Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Admin Manager to oversee and manage administrative operations across our automobile showrooms. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day functioning, compliance with company policies, and efficient coordination between branches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative activities across multiple showroom locations.
  • Supervise facility management, security, housekeeping, and office maintenance.
  • Ensure proper record-keeping, documentation, and compliance.
  • Coordinate with branch team for day-to-day operational requirements .
  • Monitor vendor management, office supplies, and cost control.
  • Handle staff administration,their attendance, and coordinate for company events hr events.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate with 5+ years of experience in administration (automobile industry preferred).
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multi-location operations effectively.
  • Willingness to travel regularly for branch visit to understand the requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹43,000.00 per month
