Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Admin Manager to oversee and manage the administrative functions of our multiple branches across Kerala and UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, proven expertise in administration, and the ability to handle multi-location operations efficiently.

  • Oversee day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth functioning of all branches.
  • Manage travel arrangements for staff across locations.
  • Ensure statutory compliance and adherence to company policies.
  • Handle vendor management, including negotiations and service agreements.
  • Plan and execute event coordination for internal and external company activities.
  • Ensure effective facility, asset, and resource management for all offices.
  • Maintain accurate records of company assets, ensure optimum utilization, and oversee periodic audits.
  • Regularly visit branches (50% travel required) to monitor, review, and streamline operations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and employees.

Key Requirements

  • Male candidate with minimum 8+ years of core administration experience.
  • Strong knowledge of office management, travel management, statutory compliances, and asset management.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-branch operations across states and international locations (Kerala & UAE).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other administrative tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
