Key Responsibilities

• Academic leadership:
• Ensure effective implementation of the school’s curriculum, teaching methodologies, and assessment practices.
• Monitor lesson plans, classroom delivery, and student learning outcomes.
• Guide and mentor teachers in adopting innovative and child-centric practices.
• Organize regular training and workshops for teacher upskilling.
• School operations & administration:
• Oversee daily school operations including timetable, attendance, discipline, and logistics.
• Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and statutory compliance.
• Maintain infrastructure and resources in line with school standards.
• Implement systems for smooth coordination between academic and support staff.
• People management:
• Lead, mentor, and motivate teachers and non-teaching staff.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Build a collaborative, supportive, and growth-oriented culture within the school.
• Parent & community engagement:
• Serve as the first point of contact for parents on school-related matters.
• Conduct parent orientation programs, PTMs, and workshops.
• Handle queries, feedback, and concerns with sensitivity and professionalism.
• Build strong parent-school partnerships for student success.
• Student development:
• Ensure holistic growth of students in academics, extracurriculars, and social-emotional well-being.
• Implement discipline and behavior management systems aligned with school values.
• Promote inclusivity and individual attention to diverse learning needs.
• Business & growth:
• Drive student admissions and retention as per school targets.
• Implement strategies for marketing, outreach, and brand-building in the local community.
• Monitor budgets, resource utilization, and cost optimization.
