- Liasioning : with various Government authorities like Dept. of Ind. Safety and Health, Dy. Labour Commissioner, Asst. Labour Commissioner, Labour Inspector, Employment Officer, Apprentice Advisor, PF Enforcement Officer, ESIC Inspector, ESIC Local office, Haryana State pollution Control Board, Municipal Corporation, Statistical Department, Police Station and Local bodies.
- Statutory Compliances: Responsible for fulfill all Statutory Compliances under various acts e.g. Employees Provident Fund & Misc. Provisions Act-1952, Employees State Insurance Act-1948, Factory act-1948, Payment of Bonus Act-1965, Payment of Gratuity Act-1972, Contract labour act-1970, Payment of wages-1936, Minimum wages act-1948 act, Labour welfare Act-1965, Employment Exchange (CNV) Act-1959, Maternity Benefit Act-1961 Building & other Construction worker Cess Act-1996, Apprentice Act-1971, Water Pollution Act, Air Pollution Act and various other acts.
- Time Office & Payroll Management: Monitoring time keeping machine, Access control system, Monitoring Attendance registers, over time register, Leave records, Personal files. Ensure timely distribution of employee’s salary & workers’ wages.
- Recruitment, Selection & Induction: Manpower Planning, Prepare JD according to requirement, handling end to end recruitment, Sourcing, Screening, Short listing, Salary Negotiations and Reference Checks. Responsible for sourcing talented candidates according to the job descriptions through internal databases, group referrals, job portals Liaison with recruitment agencies for open positions. Responsible for drafting Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Confirmation & Extension Letter. Manage orientation process for new recruits along with complete joining formalities. Conducting HR Induction and orientation program, acting as facilitator for management, Employee Codes & other HR related letters.
- Company Policies: Design effective HR policies & procedures. Effective implementation of new HR policies, procedures and processes. Ensure all HR policies and procedures are up to date, maintained and communicated to all employees. Regularly updating the policies in force on HRMS analyze effectiveness of the policies and review policies from time to time. Employee handbook (important policies).
- PMS: Managing Appraisal process across the levels and establishing framework for substantiating Performance Appraisal system linked to Reward Management. Co-ordination in setting up departmental as well as individual’s KRA. Conduct sessions to explain the concept of Performance Appraisals in the Organization. Timely distribution & follow up with dep’t heads for Appraisal forms. Evolving, Monitoring, & Reviewing Midterm & Annual Performance Appraisal. Coordinating in formulation & implementation of increment policy & co-ordination with Management in Career Planning of Employees.
- Industrial Relation: Ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial management-employee relations and achieve dedication by workers. Managing the entire suggestion program and escalating the issues faced / suggestions given by the employees to the concerned department heads and ensuring the resolution of the same. Ready to provide all Social Security benefits to employees & his family. Participation in Employees Personal Functions. Encourage the Employee engagement & participation through various activities. Employee’s counseling on personal & employment matters. Focus on Employees Health, Safety, and Welfare Satisfaction & Motivation.
- Administration: Supervision of Security, Housekeeping, Pantry & Horticulture, implementation of 5’S & Suggestion schemes, ISO 9001:2008 implementation & documentation, staff welfare, Marriage & Birthday gifts, Tours arrangement, Arrange Picnics, employee’s get-to-gather. Office & Building Maintenance. Monitor the repair & maintenance of Company Vehicles.
